Irene began practicing pilates in 1998 while attaining a bachelors in dance at University of the Arts. Irene was intrigued by the technique as her body became stronger. After moving to Los Angeles, Irene completed her “New York Style” pilates certification under Jill Cassady, leading pilates authority in southern California. With her background in movement and having taught all types of dance, she creates her classes with a unique flow and emphasis on alignment and precision.
Leila Bazzani
Born and raised in a small town in northern California, Leila decided at a very young age she was going to see the world. At that very same age she began to dance and perform at a local ballet school, and small theater. To this day not much has changed; she has now been dancing professionally for over ten years, touring and performing across the states as well as the central and eastern European countries. With such a rigorous schedule, Leila’s body was taking the toll, and she was in desperate need of a routine to not only keep her toned, but also maintain her flexibility, and keep her safe from injury. In 2004, Pilates became this exercise, and she has been practicing ever since. Coming from a dance background, she has always been attracted to the Classical style of Pilates, and since her relocation to Los Angeles, enrolled and completed the Pilates Technique Certification Program, taught by Jill Cassady. Leila brings a certain warmth and understanding of the rainbow of different body types, and their very individual needs. Being a personable teacher, her priorities are to make every client feel comfortable and safe, while keeping him or her motivated, and confident in their bodies capabilities. She truly loves what she does, and it shows.
Zoë was introduced to Pilates after a broken foot prevented her from doing any high impact exercises. She experienced outstanding results, and as a seasoned equestrian, Pilates furthered her proficiency on horseback. Zoë earned her classical Pilates certification under Jill Cassady (Pilates Technique Certification) in 2010. In addition, she is also certified in EQUESTRIAN PILATES® which focuses on the unique fitness needs of an equestrian athlete to help them improve their riding abilities. She is dedicated to creating a positive Pilates experience for all her clients while helping them achieve their fitness goals and discovering the benefits of Pilates exercises such as body awareness, balance, increased strength & lean muscle tone.
Megan was first introduced to Pilates in college while studying dance at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where Pilates was used as a part of the dancers conditioning.
