Duets Begin

So we started our Duet “classes” today. They are basically a duet (two) people working on all of the equipment with the one instructor.
So far we have Tuesday and Thursdays at 7.30am with Emory and Wednesdays at 7.30am and 10am with Irene.
They are a sign up class, so that we don’t anyone dropping in and the class is full- no disappointments that way!
$45 for a single class
$40 each if you buy 5 or more.
Cheaper than some reformers that have as many as 8 people per class and you workout on ALL the equipment, not just the reformer.
