Great changes are coming here at CPB!

Hi everyone I hope you’re enjoying our Summer. Well, great changes are coming here at CPB! We have moved the equipment to the rear of the studio and the mat area to the front, in preparation for the equipment we’re getting at the end of August. There will be another reformer, cadillac and wunda chair to give us 3 pieces of everything. This means we will offer Trio classes, even better than a reformer class- the 3 of you get to work out on ALL the equipment, just like a individual session. We’d love to hear from you if you’re interested in these classes as to what day/s and time of day you’d like to see offered. The price will be $40 if you pay for a single class, then $35 per class thereafter for a series of 5 or 10. Shoot us an email as we’ll be figuring out the schedule in August.
