Philosophy

Our core philosophy at Classic Pilates Body is to provide responsible and challenging workouts that will help our clients achieve the best results. Our studio boasts certified, approachable teachers who each provide a high level of instruction and who love what they do.

In return, we always welcome feedback from our clients because at the end of the day, we are here to serve you and help you reach the goals you have for your body.

We personally tailor each client’s pilates session as to their needs, while still staying true to the pilates method- afterall we have hundred’s of exercises to choose from in the traditional/classical style taught here at CPB!

Flooded with natural light and ample free parking, the studio is a comfortable place that our clients find to be a great reprieve from the demands of the day. We’ve made working out affordable and fun while maintaining integrity in instruction.

So you can work  individually with an instructor, or bring in a friend and doing a duet session together.

We are also very excited to welcome Will Caton and his “#1 workout of 2009″ (as voted by Citysearch) to the studio this month. Will incorporates the amazing power plates into a 30 minute program aimed at anti-aging for the body, increasing your strength, metabolism and energy levels. You won’t believe how much you can accomplish in 30 minutes using the power plate technology to recruit almost 100% of your muscle fibres with each repetition (we normally recruit around 50%).

Now the Westside, Brentwood, Santa Monica (we even have clients who come from the Valley they love us so much) have true traditional pilates studio to enjoy- as well as the perfect combination of the power plate experience.
