Rachel Lotspeichrachellotspeich

Rachel is originally from Melbourne, Australia and moved to New York in 1995, where she had her first ‘taste’ of pilates whilst studying Drama, when a friend became a teacher. After moving to Los Angeles she completed Jill Cassady’s intensive Pilates Technique Certification program and has been busy teaching ever since. She has worked at a physical therapy clinic, various studios and with home clients.

Gaining knowledge and experience to listen to her clients, be detail oriented and create challenging workouts tailored to each client’s needs. Her clients range from severely restricted to athletes and both pre and post natal.She did pilates throughout her pregnancy with her daughter and credits it with the fast recovery afterward.

She has also been fortunate to be an assistant teacher on one the the PTC training programs- further adding to her repertoire, teacher trainer. She is teaching the current training program this year.

I’m very excited to finally have my own studio and put everything that I’ve learned over the past 9 years into making it very best of everything- from the teachers and equipment to the challenging workouts and relaxing, inviting atmosphere. Not to mention the FREE parking!

Carrye Gililandcarryeglazer

As a born and raised Texan, Carrye sang, danced, and acted professionally all over the USA as a child and teenager. She studied Radio/Television/Film at the University of Texas in Austin while teaching aerobics at the various on-campus gyms for students and professors. When she moved to LA to work in the film business in 2001, she learned of Pilates through a trainer friend who was doing the Pilates Technique Certification Program. She fell in love with the method and went through the Pilates certification process in 2008 and currently loves teaching it to others now!

Irene Razze

Irene began practicing pilates in 1998 while attaining a bachelors in dance at University of the Arts. Irene was intrigued by the technique as her body became stronger. After moving to Los Angeles, Irene completed her “New York Style” pilates certification under Jill Cassady, leading pilates authority in southern California. With her background in movement and having taught all types of dance, she creates her classes with a unique flow and emphasis on alignment and precision.

Emory Storyemorystory

Emory is very passionate about movement. With early training in Ballet that lead to a scholarship in New York , Emory continued training in Dance with Jazz, Tap, and Martha Graham Technique. A foot injury sidelined her Ballet career but Yoga and Tango kept her in shape until her discovery of Pilates.From preventing injury to maintaining advanced movement technique as we age Emory is available to guide you toward greater health with Pilates. She is also from the PTC program.

Ania Krawiec

Ania Krawiec, Classic Pilates BodyAnia’s deeply passionate about fitness, nutrition and overall well-being. Her philosophy is “the body is your temple” it should be nourished with good food, movement and good times! Over the years she has been exposed to several types of movement ranging from competitive sports, gymnastics, yoga, to aerial arts.

Her search for an exciting and challenging work out led her to pilates. Pilates is what helped her develop and strengthen her awareness of her body and mind. It has allowed her to focus on her body’s weaknesses while challenging it’s strengths.

After hundreds of hours of training, she received her certification from Pilates Technique, one of the most established and respected Pilates Teacher Training programs. Ania’s eye for detail and ability to listen to her clients allows  her to tailor each session to the clients needs, guiding them through a challenging and fun workout.

Tatiana Brovkotatiana
(currently pursuing Physical Therapy Degree fulltime)

Tatiana has been interested in movement from a very young age and has extensive background in competitive sports and various forms of dance. She instantly fell in love with Pilates upon first exposure. Pilates has allowed her to work on balancing her body’s strength and weaknesses, and to develop a strong awareness of her own body. She greatly enjoys teaching and using Pilates as a way to guide others in the development of their own body awareness. Tatiana also works at a physical therapy clinic and is pursuing a graduate degree in physical therapy. She enjoys incorporating her knowledge of the body from her physical therapy, dance, and athletic background into her Pilates classes.
