TRIO classes

Hi all, as of September we will offer trio classes which are 3 people in a class where you work out on all the equipment, not just the reformer! So email us with your preferred days and times as we build these classes. They’ll be $40 for a drop in class and $35 if you buy a 5 or 10 series package. A session on ALL the equipment…much more than a reformer class. Hope you’re having a great Summer.
